We will exchange the same product with the new one if the product is damaged during transit as customer satisfaction is very important for us.We will accept the products only under good condition, Unused and Unopen but you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.

If any item is damaged then we will accept the return only under condition of unboxing video along with pictures provided by you on our mentioned email.

We do not accept any forced returns and they are not refundable at all.
